Incorporated by Byron Phillips

M.E. Phillips & Son Ltd. continued what Maurice E. Phillips had begun in the 1940s with logging and building logging roads.

Over the years

M.E. Phillips & Son Ltd. has worked on highway development for the province of New Brunswick; lagoons and pads for the mines in Sussex; commercial and residential site development, including subdivision development.

2003

Expansion

In 2003, Byron’s children, Kevin Phillips and Kathy Nason, succeeded him following his retirement. They continued the work started by their father and expanded subdivision development to include Timberland Terrace and Wood Valley Estates."
